Some listings are examples
The board currently shows a mix. Some cards are illustrative examples with invented revenue, traffic and asking prices, created to show what a listing looks like. Others are live projects whose traffic is measured from Google Analytics and Search Console. None of them is an offer to sell.
Owner-held listings
Several live projects on the board are owned by the operator of LiveNiches. Where that is the case it is a conflict of interest, and any such listing will be marked before the marketplace opens to real transactions.
What verified means
Revenue and traffic read directly from connected accounts at a stated point in time. It is not an audit, does not test for fraud, and is not a guarantee of future performance.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Acquiring a business carries risk including total loss. Take professional advice before you buy.
Fees and incentives
LiveNiches earns 3% of a completed sale. We therefore have a commercial interest in transactions completing, which you should weigh when reading anything we publish.
