What LiveNiches is
A marketplace that introduces buyers and sellers of internet businesses. We are not a broker, adviser, agent or fiduciary for either side, and we are not party to any sale.
Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of what they list. Verification means we read figures from connected accounts at a point in time; it is not an audit and not a warranty.
Buyers
You are responsible for your own diligence. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, and past performance of any business says nothing about its future.
Fees
Listing is free. A 3% fee on the final sale price is payable on a completed sale. No fee if a business does not sell.
Confidentiality
Seller identities and URLs are released only with seller approval, usually under an NDA. Redistributing that information breaches these terms and ends your account.
Acceptable use
No scraping the board, no bulk access requests, no misrepresenting who you are or what you have bought.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, LiveNiches is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, from reliance on any listing, or from a business failing after sale.
Changes
We will post material changes here and, for account holders, by email.
