Short version: we collect the minimum, we do not sell it, and you can have it deleted.

What we collect
Your email if you subscribe or create an account. Basic analytics: pages viewed, rough location from IP, referrer. If you list a business, whatever you enter plus read-only data from any account you connect.
Why
To run the marketplace, send the newsletter you asked for, and understand which pages work. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, rent the list, or share your email with sellers or buyers. Connected Stripe and analytics accounts are read-only and used solely to verify the figures on your own listing.
Cookies
A session cookie when signed in, and privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and we will, subject to records we must keep for completed transactions. Email hello@liveniches.com.
Retention
Account data while your account exists plus a reasonable period after. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe, which is one click in every email.
Processors
Hosting and analytics providers, an email provider for the newsletter, and Stripe for payments. Each only receives what it needs.
